1. Complete the 1️⃣ REPLY FORM. For your convenience, we have extracted this page for you as a separate PDF file 

• Print out a copy

• Fill in the details

• Scan and Email the completed REPLY FORM to the Tribunal using the email address London.Rap@Justice.gov.uk and the case number LON/00BG/LDC/2023/0192 as email subject. 

• Please copy in NPWLRA@outlook.com in your email

2. Complete the "OT AOV Dispensation Rejection Draft" 2️⃣ STATEMENT

• Insert your Name and current Correspondence Address on page 1

• Print out a copy

• Sign and Date on page 6

• Scan and Email both the 1️⃣ REPLY FORM and 2️⃣ STATEMENT to Ballymore's solicitor at Vibuhti.Parmar@crsblaw.com.
