The New Providence Wharf Leaseholders & Residents Association (NPWLRA), hereinafter referred to as "we, our, or us", is a recognised Residents Association representing the residents of New Providence Wharf, including Michigan Building, Ontario Tower, Charrington Tower, and Columbia West. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website, or register with us.

What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

• Addresses of all properties owned by you on the New Providence Wharf estate

• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.) of joint leaseholders of your properties

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or via email

• Voluntarily complete a customer survey, provide feedback on any of our message boards, or via email

• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies

• Communicate with us through our WhatsApp channels

We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

• Ballymore Asset Management Ltd (BAML)

• Public Records

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that we can:

• Record your desire to be a member of the New Providence Wharf Leaseholders & Residents Association

• Facilitate communication between the Residents Association and you.

• Provide information on estate-related issues and matters of potential interest to you.

• Request your opinions on estate management.

We will never share your information with third parties for the purpose of selling or advertising goods or services to you. However, we may share your information with Ballymore, or other parties, solely for the purpose of representing your interests on the Estate. We may also share your information with certain third parties, solely for the purpose of data storage and facilitating the distribution of communications to you. All third parties are thoroughly vetted to ensure compliance with applicable Data Protection Regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

How do we store your data?

We securely store your registration data at a data centre located within the New Providence Wharf estate, and such data may only be accessed by the Association’s elected Executives.  All data is password protected using standard RSA encryption.  Additional data, collected via our Website or WhatsApp communications, are stored at data centres controlled by third-parties and located in the United States of America. 

We will retain your personal data unless you have informed us of your consent withdrawal. For members, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your membership and may also retain it for legal and regulatory purposes after your membership ends. 

Marketing

We would like to send you information about developments on the Estate and the surrounding area.

If you have agreed to receive these emails, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for informational purposes.
