Criteria for Membership
All leaseholders and residents can become members of the NPWLRA. Only leaseholders who pay the variable service charge have a right to vote, with one vote per flat
The landlord, the landlord’s representative, any company controlled and/ or connected to / by the landlord, nor any employee of the landlord is NOT eligible to become a member of the Association
Membership shall be open to all leaseholders and residents/tenants regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or religious or political belief. All members of the Association will abide by the statement of equal opportunities
Proxy Voting
We strongly encourage you to attend the meeting in person
However, if you are really unable to attend, you may vote by proxy. To do so, please send an email to the Secretary at secretary@npwlra.co.uk with the following information:
Your name (leaseholder)
Your flat number
Your instructions: e.g. I wish to nominate the NPWLRA Secretary to vote on my behalf
OR the name of the person you would like to nominate to vote on your behalf (e.g. You may nominate the Secretary or anyone who are members of NPWLRA). You can either specify who you would like your proxy to vote for, or you can simply request that they vote for all candidates standing for the election, by writing "vote for all candidates standing for the election"
Please note that each proxy is limited to a maximum of three representations

The number of apartments in New Providence Wharf is 1,266. The breakdown is as follows:
New Providence Block A-E: 559 apartments
Ontario Tower (OT): 256 apartments
Charrington Tower (CT): 360 apartments
Michigan Building (MB): 72 apartments
Columbia West (CW): 19 apartments

NPWLRA, hereinafter referred to as "we", is a recognised Residents Association representing the residents of New Providence Wharf, including Michigan Building, Ontario Tower, Charrington Tower, and Columbia West. Members and Contacts
We collect your name, email address, telephone number, address, and any other information you choose to share with us.

Inviting you to meetings that we believe may be of interest to you, including Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.
Administration
Internal accounts and records.
Facilitating communication between the Residents Association and you.
Providing information on estate-related issues and matters of potential interest to you.
Public Relations
We may share your information with Ballymore and Ballymore’s Associated Companies.
Additionally, if you are:
(1) An impending member of ours (having initiated the process of becoming a member);
(2) Currently a member of ours; or
(3) An individual acting on behalf of (1) or (2) above (collectively defined as a "Member"),
then we will need to process your personal data for the following purposes:
Providing you with updates or important notices.
We process your personal data based on the lawful basis of consent for the purposes mentioned above.

How long we retain your data
We will retain your personal data unless you have informed us of your consent withdrawal. For members, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your membership and may also retain it for legal and regulatory purposes after your membership ends. For comments, the data and metadata are retained indefinitely to facilitate follow-up comments automatically.
